Birdwatching with Top Birding Extremadura

Mainly we are going to focus on offering wildlife watching trips from a 4 x 4 vehicle in which there may be small walking tours or not, depending on customer preferences, weather and the type of wildlife that we are going to observe. Birdwatching with Top Birding Extremadura will be always a careful experience with the wildlife’s welfare, trying by all means that our presence is the least disturbing as possible for the animal.

We also have an innovative and exclusive service of wildlife observation from a fishing boat, from which we can approach the wildlife without disturbing it. In the main reservoirs of Extremadura the wildlife is very used to this type of boats and we can get much closer than if we did it on foot or from a land vehicle.

Of course, at Top Birding Extremadura we will always respect the areas limited to navigation during the breeding season, and we will never get too close to them regardless of the time of the year. The use of this type of vehicle will allow us to access many areas that we would not be able to access with a land vehicle, as they are part of private properties. This service will only be available for at least one full day.

Conditions

The wildlife observation outings in 4×4 vehicles can be half day (4 hours), which will start from the meeting point with the client or full day (9 hours) in which there will be a 1 hour break for lunch. During the whole trip the client will be able to have water, soft drinks and fruit, but the main meal will be paid by the client. If the client would also like to hire the main meal, he/she can do so, as long as he/she notifies us with enough time in advance.

The wildlife watching trips from the boat will be at least a full day and will include drinks, soft drinks and picnic lunch.

We have binoculars, telescope, bird guides and if the client does not have a camera, we can take the photos ourselves and send them to you at no cost.

If you wish to hire outings for several consecutive days, we also offer the option of arranging accommodation.

First of all, it is possible to make customized packages adapted to the needs of each client. However, the “standard” rates under normal conditions will be as indicated below. Both in the area of Badajoz and in the Siberia we will offer both half day and full day. If you wish to hire a half-day trip in another area of Extremadura, you will have to pay an extra charge for travel. You can ask for a free and non-binding quotation. All prices include VAT.

In order to reserve a date it is essential to pay 25% of the total amount. If for reasons of force majeure the client could not attend on the dates indicated, the client would not lose this money, it could be used for another new reservation on later dates always agreed by both parties.
